Ms. Heide is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Heide’s practice is focused on corporate and financing transactions, including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures and commercial transactions. Her transactional experience includes representing corporate issuers and investors in venture capital transactions, including fund formation and investment activity, strategic investments, Regulation D offerings of equity and debt securities, secured and unsecured debt financing in industries ranging from technology to pharmaceuticals, as well as representing engineering, construction and energy companies in business reorganizations and restructurings. She also counsels public and private companies on corporate governance, compliance, licensing and commercial contract matters. Ms. Heide’s professional experience also includes serving as general counsel and chief financial officer for two private companies in the technology sector.
