Thomas S. Bagley

Thomas S. Bagley, Founder and Senior Managing Director, Pfingsten Partners LLC

Mr. Bagley has over 15 years of private equity investment experience and over 25 years of managerial and transaction experience.

Since founding Pfingsten Partners in 1989, Mr. Bagley has been involved in all aspects of the firm's activities, including fundraising for Funds I, II and III, the formation of the Executive Limited Partners, investor and media relationships and portfolio management. He has led the acquisition of over 30 companies, divestitures of four platform businesses and has served on the board of every Pfingsten platform company.

Prior to the formation of Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Bagley was employed by Citicorp North America, Inc. as the Midwest Area Head of the Leveraged Capital Group in Chicago from 1984 to 1988, and was responsible for leveraged acquisition activities in 12 Midwestern states. From 1975 to 1984, Mr. Bagley held various management and lending positions at Continental Bank, N.A. in Chicago and Cleveland.
 

A Chicago native, Mr. Bagley holds a BA degree in Economics, with honors, from North Park College and an MBA degree in Finance from DePaul University.
