Frederick H. Joseph, Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking, Morgan Joseph & Co Inc.; former CEO, Drexel Burnham Lambert; former COO, Shearson Hammill. From May 1998 until May 2001, Mr. Joseph was a Senior
Advisor and Managing Director of ING Barings LLC, specializing in
corporate finance and merger and acquisition advice. From January
1994 until May 1998 he was Chairman of Clovebrook Capital, an
investment banking consulting firm. Mr. Joseph began his career in
1963 at E.F. Hutton in corporate finance. He joined Shearson
Hammill's Corporate Finance Department in 1970, and was later
promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Joseph joined Drexel Burnham in 1974 to co-manage that firm's Corporate Finance Department, and became Chief Executive Officer in May 1985, and held that position until mid-1990. Mr. Joseph is a member of the Board of Directors of several companies and of WNET/Channel Thirteen and the United Cerebral Palsy Research and Education Foundation. He received an A.B. from Harvard College in 1959, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1963 and served as a naval line officer after college.
