About American Securities Capital Partners, LLC:  ASCP is the merchant banking arm of American Securities, L.P. whose predecessor entity was founded in 1947 by William Rosenwald to invest and manage his share of his family’s Sears, Roebuck & Co. fortune. ASCP is a private investment partnership, funded from nearly $2 billion of committed capital, that makes equity investments in profitable companies, both privately and publicly held, primarily located in the United States and Canada.

ASCP's objective is to partner with management teams to build great businesses and generate long-term capital appreciation for our investors. ASCP focuses on companies with annual revenues generally ranging between $50 million and $500 million where it can invest between $35 million and $150 million of equity. Investments are funded from nearly $2 billion of committed capital which it manages on a discretionary basis. The firm's capital is provided by the Rosenwald family, numerous similarly minded high net-worth families and entrepreneurs, and a select number of sophisticated institutional investors. Many of ASCP’s investors are successful business people who assist the firm in sourcing transactions and who are a valuable resource in evaluating and overseeing investments.
